‘Meet & Greet Exhibitor Function’
We would like to welcome all exhibitors to enjoy complimentary drinks and nibbles on: Friday 30 September 5.30pm – 7pm
This is a chance for us to meet new attendees and catch up with our regular exhibitors as well as provide an opportunity for you to mix and mingle with other industry representatives.
We will be providing passes with your pre-event packs and hope you can join us.
Expo Promo logo for Media
We have already provided you with our Expo promotional logo that we would appreciate you using on all media leading into the event. This will not only promote the expo, but your attendance as well and another way we can work together to drive publicity. Please contact Lisa if you need this resent in another preferred format.
Electrical/Lighting Requirements
If you require any special electrical requirements
and/or extra lighting, please contact Darren Reynolds on 0274-440-119.
Exhibitors please ensure all your electrical leads carry the appropriate NZ standards compliance Tag.
Plant & Equipment Hire
If you need any equipment for your trade site. Please contact Peek Display on 03-339-9784 or 021-791-983 and hopefully they can help you, if not, they will put you in the right direction.
Telephone & EFTPOS Unit Hire
And those wishing to hire a mobile EFTPOS unit, contact EFTPOS Canterbury on 03-338-7374 or Steve on 0274-578-803 If you need a temporary telephone line for eftpos lines or broadband as well, please contact Telecom 126 in plenty of time.
Photocopying & Facsimile Services
These services will be available during the show from the Expo Information Office.
PLEASE NOTE: Your NEW expo site numbers will be sent out to you one month prior to the event (via email and post). This is so everyone has one site number rather than many (if you have purchased several modules).
Courier/Carrier
Please advise your carrier, your company name and your new site number. Please ensure carriers know the site access times as they cannot expect access at night or very early in the morning.
Exhibitors Lounge
Coffee and Tea will be available from Thursday 29 September 2011. Please feel free to help yourself. We will again be providing exhibitor hostesses throughout the event to provide tea and coffee. In return we will be donating to the Earthquake Appeal
Exhibitor Passes
Exhibitors, please report to the Expo Information Office to pick up your Exhibitors Passes prior to setting up.
PLEASE NOTE: All site fees must be paid in full to enable issuing of your exhibitor passes
Additional One Day Passes: These can be purchased for $10.00 each. If you require additional one day passes, please ensure that you inform Lisa on 07-849-5472 as soon as possible prior to the Expo so they are ready for you when you arrive to pickup your exhibitors passes.

Breakdown: Breakdown of your site must be completed by Midnight
If you wish access to your site outside the normal business hours, this will be granted where advance notice has been received in writing and approval has been granted.
Expo Security

Opening of the Expo
Exhibitors only may enter the Exhibition Halls 1 hour prior to the Event opening to the public.
Closing of the Expo
Exhibitors must remain on their stands until we have cleared the Exhibition Halls of public, each night.
Rubbish Disposal
Please ensure that during your setup and breakdown that all unwanted materials are placed in the rubbish bins situated in the halls and grounds
