Please refer to your set up schedule for your individual set up times and venue entry to Wolfbrook Arena which will be emailed to you closer to the date.

Exhibitor Manual

The Exhibitor Manual has all the information that you will need to know to exhibit at the Christchurch Motorhome Show. This includes all your order forms for power and furniture etc.

Induction

Every exhibitor and contractor (that includes staff, drivers, family members, volunteers & anyone associated with your site) is required to complete the induction at the venue when you arrive on Thursday or Friday during pack in. Every person onsite on pack in days MUST wear a HiViz vest and enclosed shoes…. no vest, no entry!

Please remember that no children under the age of 16 will be allowed on site at any time during pack in and pack out.

Exhibitor Passes

These must be collected from the Show Office before you begin setting up your site, we do have security on site who are monitoring this. If you need to order or purchase more passes please let Jenny know, sales@classicevents.co.nz

We are aware that Event Team & Venue staff and volunteers will be monitoring onsite health and safety and may issue stop work or order contractors from site for breaches of health and safety. Event staff may also request copies of health and safety documentation for review and contractors must keep copies of all documentation available onsite.
