Arrival Gate

A reminder that all exhibitors must arrive at Mystery Creek Events Centre via GATE 1, Mystery Creek Road. Please refer to your set up schedule for your individual set up times which will be emailed to you closer to the date.

Thursday access is from 7.30am - 7pm via gate 1, make sure you have your induction QR code with you.

Induction

Every exhibitor, that includes staff, drivers, family members, volunteers, anyone associated with your site, is required to complete an online induction before being allowed access on to the venue on any days prior to show days. We will also be incorporating the Hazard form into the online Induction process.

OR text “SAFETY” to 540 and follow the link

1. Select “Start Motorhome Show Induction” (Second event listed)

2. Once complete, you’ll receive a QR code – screenshot or print it

3. If you lose it, simply text “SAFETY” to 540 again

Exhibitor Passes

These must be collected from the Show Office before you begin setting up your site, we do have security on site who are monitoring this. If you need to order or purchase more passes please let Jenny know, sales@classicevents.co.nz
