ABSOLUTELY NO Digging/Drilling and Ground Penetration without approval: ALL GROUND PENETRATIONS DIGGING OR DRILLING MUST BE SIGNED OFF BY VENUE STAFF.

No one under the age of 16 is allowed entry to the site during pack in and pack out periods.

Site speed limit is always 15km. Pedestrians have right of way. Public road rules apply on site. All drivers to hold appropriate licence for the vehicle or machinery they are operating.

You must report all incidents, accidents & near misses no matter how minor.

Dogs are not permitted within the Show Zone, except care assistance dogs. All staff on site must briefed on all safety requirements. Keep your site tidy, do not create trip hazards. First Aid kit and defibrillator are available at the Show Office.

Anyone working at height must be trained and have a height safety system in place.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) must be available. All Gas cylinders must have current date stamp certification and need to be secure. No drain dumping, fat, oil or wastewater disposal is available onsite.

Hi-Visibility vests/jackets are compulsory during setup and pack down times. Covered footwear is required. Use other PPE, Hearing, eyes hand as required for your own safety.
