The CampSaver Second-Hand Motorhome & Caravan Show – New Zealand’s only event dedicated exclusively to pre-owned motorhomes and caravans – is on the move. Organisers Classic Events have announced the show’s exciting relocation to Claudelands Event Centre in Hamilton, a venue that offers the space and centrality needed to support the show’s rapid growth.
The decision to move follows a period of unprecedented expansion. Vehicle numbers soared from 100 second-hand motorhomes and caravans in 2024 to more than 230 in 2025, and demand from both buyers and sellers continues to grow. The new Hamilton location provides room for even more vehicles, more visitors, and an improved overall experience.
“Shifting the show to Claudelands allows us to better serve the booming RV market,” says Event Manager, Michele Connell. “In our third year, the time was right to make this move. The second-hand RV market remains incredibly buoyant, and positioning the show in Hamilton gives us a strong central hub for major regions including Auckland, the Bay of Plenty, and the wider Waikato.
We have also shifted the show to the last weekend of November, aligning it with the start of the summer season—perfect timing for those looking to spend their 2026 summer on the road in their new motorhome or caravan. We are excited to work with the fantastic team at Claudelands to make this our biggest and best show yet.”
